Ground-breaking immunotherapy
Immunotherapy is An FDA-approved approach that uses the patient's immune system to attack cancer. Immunotherapy offers patients an alternative to more traditional treatments like chemotherapy. We've participated in clinical trials using immunotherapies and now use it as a standard treatment for our patients. We have multiple open trials available for melanoma, as well as lung and breast cancers, with new opportunities becoming available regularly. We have been amazed by some of our patient’s clinical responses to immunotherapy and look forward to treating more patients with this revolutionary treatment.
Cancer research and clinical trials
Clinical trials offer those with cancer a hope for today and a commitment to exploring innovative therapies for tomorrow. Stamford Health's Bennett Cancer Center's oncologists often research the latest clinical trials to provide a range of offerings for those undergoing initial cancer treatments, and for those whose cancer is recurring or advanced in stage.
