Care Across The Entire Continuum
One of our main goals at the Bennett Cancer Center is to meet your changing needs from diagnosis through treatment, and into survivorship. We work with you to help maintain your strength, stamina, and hope throughout your journey. Here’s what we offer to achieve this:
-
Nurse Navigation
Cancer diagnosis and treatment can be a confusing and sometimes frightening process. If you're undergoing treatment for cancer, the Bennett Cancer Center offers the services of a Nurse Navigator. Each Navigator will meet you early in your care to help get questions answered, connect you with resources and education, assist with coordination of care, identify any barriers to timely care, and refer you to additional support services as needed. From the initial consultation to follow-up care, the Nurse Navigator provides a constant, familiar face and voice.
