Preparing for Your Visit or Stay
Welcome to Stamford Hospital, and thank you for entrusting us with your care. We understand going to or staying at the hospital can be overwhelming. Our staff is here to help and direct you for the duration of your stay or visit.
Please bring current photo ID and insurance card. Your first stop once you walk in the main entrance is our welcome desk where you will need to present your photo ID in order to obtain a visitor pass. This is for your safety while you are with us. Please also plan accordingly with your arrival for your appointment or procedure as you will be making this stop before you reach your final destination.
When you arrive at the Stamford Hospital/Bennett Medical Center Campus, you'll be given a badge at the front desk, which will include your name and photograph, as well as the time and date you arrived. To ensure a timely process, please be prepared with a valid photo ID. Again, this is for the safety and security of everyone traveling through the hospital.
Please note: To protect the wellbeing of our patients, staff and visitors, Stamford Health prohibits the use of all tobacco and vaping products in and around all Stamford Health buildings, properties, parking areas and on sidewalks. Thank you for complying.
