How to Enroll into Stamford Hospital Patient Portal

  • Your portal enrollment card and medical record number are required to enroll in the Stamford Hospital Patient Portal.
  • If you already have your portal enrollment card and your medical record number, you can self-enroll.
  • If you do not have your portal enrollment card and medical record number, contact the Medical Records Department at (203) 276-7034. Mon-Fri: 7AM - 3PM. If calling after normal business hours please leave a message and someone will get back to you on the next available business day.

Enroll into the Bennett Cancer Center Patient Portal

You must meet the following criteria to be able to enroll:

  • Have been a patient or are currently a patient of the BCC
    • Caregiver enrollment is also available
  • 14 years of age or older.
  • Provide current email address to enroll.

Stamford Virtual Health Kiosk

Enroll into the Stamford Virtual Health Kiosk Patient Portal

In order to enroll, you'll need your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Pin. Your pin will be provided to you at your visit.

Once you have entered your information on the home screen, you can establish a username and password, and complete your contact information.
