Stamford Health SMS Terms and Conditions
When you sign up for text messages from Stamford Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Stamford Health providers as well as providers affiliated with organizations that share access to Stamford Health’s Electronic Health Record. These text messages will include updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.
You can opt-out of SMS messages by replying to any text message with the word STOP. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you no longer wish to receive text messages. You will then no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to start receiving text messages again, you may sign up using MyChart or text HELP to 22222 for instructions.
If you experience issues with the text messaging program, you can reply to a text with the keyword HELP or get help directly by emailing Stamford Health at [email protected] or 203.276.1000.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.
Our Privacy Policy is at https://www.stamfordhealth.org/webprivacy/. Please contact us at 203.276.1000 or [email protected] with any questions.
