|½ cup||Beets, cooked (roasted or steamed), cooled, peeled, rough chopped|
|1 cup||1% Milk or soy milk|
|2 cups||Fresh or frozen fruit (i.e. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)|
|1 tsp||Ground cinnamon|
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Blend in additional milk and/or water as needed to achieve desired consistency
- Serve and enjoy!
