About Me

Dr. Bret Sohn is a rheumatologist who specializes in all aspects of rheumatology. Dr. Sohn prioritizes careful listening and intricate detective work to help patients understand and better treat their ailments. He looks at each patient as an individual, not a diagnosis, and treats each patient as if they were his own family member.

Dr. Sohn has a special interest in educating future physicians through mentoring medical students and residents. He previously served as the associate medical director for quality at a New York City teaching practice. He has also earned the Fellow’s Teaching Award for his efforts guiding others while in rheumatology training.

Patient Reviews & Comments

Info

All patient satisfaction ratings are submitted by patients who have confirmed email addresses. After their visit, these patients receive a survey within a few days. They complete the survey online, providing feedback on specific aspects of their care. We use this feedback to improve our services and ensure each patient has an exceptional experience. To respect our patients' time, we only send out surveys once every 90 days, regardless of how many times they visit the clinic.

""Dr. Sohn was truly wonderful-he was the first doctor to take 39-40 minutes to genuinely listen to me. His patience, compassion, and willingness to understand my concerns gave me hope and made me feel truly heard for the first time in years. It's rare to find a doctor who takes the time to connect with their patients on such a meaningful level.""
