Feasibility, Safety, Clinical, and Laboratory Effects of Convalescent Plasma Therapy for Patients with SARS-CoV-2 Infection
Plasma Donors – Inclusion Criteria
- Subjects must have a prior diagnosis of COVID-19 documented by a laboratory test.
- Subjects must have complete resolution of symptoms at least 14 days prior to donation.
- Healthy individual without recent history of blood infections.
- 18 years of age or older.

Plasma Recipients - Inclusion Criteria
- Subjects must be 18 years of age or older.
- Subjects must have laboratory confirmed COVID-19 infection.
- Subjects must be classified as having severe or immediately life-threatening COVID-19 infection, with all three criteria below met:
- dyspnea,
- room air blood oxygen saturation ≤ 93%,
- pulmonary infiltrates
4. Subjects must provide informed consent or consent provided by legally authorized representative
