Dr. Rountree earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree at the University of Florida, graduating with cum laude honors. She received her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons.
As a resident physician, Dr. Rountree worked alongside many Stamford Health specialists and has grown familiar with many of the community resources Stamford has to offer. She has experience working with a diverse patient population of all age groups. Dr. Rountree also has a passion for teaching medical students and staying up-to-date with the latest medical literature as medicine continues to evolve with new research.
As a family medicine physician, Dr. Rountree diagnoses and treats a wide array of illnesses and injuries. She works with patients to provide preventative care - helping them to stay ahead of illness and live a healthy, well balanced life.
