About Me

Dr. Couture is a board-certified pediatrician who has been practicing in Stamford for more than two decades, delighting in the developmental stages of pediatrics as she has seen her patients grow from infancy through young adulthood. She enjoys diagnostic challenges and strives to teach her patients and their parents about health. Her hope is that parents feel empowered in the care of their child, encouraging a coordinated, team-based approach on the concept of the Medical Home. Dr. Couture also teaches medical students who come to her office each academic year.

She has served on numerous school boards and committees, and currently serves on the board of her church. She enjoys cultural diversity, traveling, reading, tennis, gardening, cooking and especially spending time with family and friends.
