Dear Stamford Health Medical Group Patient:
Your health and safety, and the health and safety of our caregivers and staff, is our absolute priority during this COVID-19 crisis. We remain open and available to care for you, both in-person and virtually. However, to minimize potential exposures to COVID-19, we have closed a number of offices, programs, and services, and are postponing certain non-urgent surgeries. Please visit the Stamford Health website for a complete and current list of closures and service updates.
Many of our offices remain open, but we are minimizing the number of in-person appointments by prescreening all appointments and postponing routine visits. Despite these necessary changes, Stamford Health is here for you.
- In many cases, your doctor can provide you with virtual visit or telephone options. Please contact your doctor’s office in advance of your appointment time for more information.
- Even if the office you ordinarily visit is closed, Stamford Health may be able to provide the care you need at another location.
- If you are concerned about COVID-19 symptoms or need other information related to COVID-19, the Stamford Health COVID-19 Hotline is open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week at (203) 276 - 4111.
- The Stamford Health website is a good resource on all health matters and is constantly updated with new information about COVID-19.
We can all do our part by practicing social distancing and good hand hygiene. If you believe you have symptoms of COVID-19, please call your Primary Care Provider before coming to an office.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. Warm regards to you and your loved ones,
