Walking is easy to do, it has the lowest drop-out rate of any exercise, yet still offers huge benefits. And, it can be done almost anywhere!
Doctors are walking and talking for better health! The Stamford Walk with a Doc is a FREE program, open to the public. Physicians from the Stamford community lead weekly walks at the Tully Health Center In-door Track, where they share health information and walk together with everyone.
It is FREE and everyone is welcome!
No registration required, just show up.
Please bring sneakers and comfortable walking clothes.
