In celebration of the 25th anniversary of National Senior Health & Fitness Day, come and learn from Drs. Ostroff and Waddell about how to keep yourself healthy, active and independent all while maintaining a high quality of life, along with tips for keeping your joints healthy and avoiding hip/knee replacement surgery. Our physical therapists will also provide an overview of suggested lifestyle modifications in order to prevent falls and a demonstration of fall prevention exercises!
